"Gasser Real Estate" was founded in 1991 as a "Limited",
having its domicile in the 17th distict of Vienna. In its first years "Gasser
Real Estate" not only did business as real estate broker but also as property
manager. In 1996 the company was transformed to sole proprietorship and
simultaneously moved to the 13th district of Vienna, where it has been located
ever since. Robert Gasser, the former managing partner of "Gasser Real Estate"
became the legal successor & is the proprietor to this day. Now essentially
being a one-man-business, Robert Gasser decided to restrict himself to brokering
real estate, dropping the time-consuming agendas of property management
in order to be able to take care of his clients wholeheartedly.
All real estate - commercial & private - mainly in and around Vienna
is attended.
